| ConstructionMade from 18, 16, or 14 gauge steel. A drip shield top and smooth seam free sides, front and back, prevent falling rain, snow, or sleet from entering the wireway. The slip on removable cover is securely fastened with screws and has a pertruding padlocking tongue along the bottom edge. No gasket is provided. Knockouts are available and must be ordered separately.FinishThe standard finish is an ANSI-70 painted light dove gray enamel finish inside and out is also available.StandardsMeets National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standard for Type 3r (Rainproof and Sleet-Ice Resistant) enclosures.
